Mental Health Issues are one of the most common conditions affecting people around the
world today. Many employers still lack systems and policies to recognise and address mental health issues at work. We discuss the importance of managing mental health in the
workplace and to further promote diversity and inclusion. Throughout the training, managers and colleagues will acquire tools enabling them to support others and raise awareness, as well as finding ways to breakdown barriers, improve openness, inclusion and understanding of mental health issues in the workplace.
